  • ‘’The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”.

  1. DELIVERY POLICY
  • For ex-stock products, delivery will be made within 2 to 3 working days upon receipt of payment.
  • A signed delivery note will be retained as proof of successful delivery.
  • Orders above AED 1,000 qualify for free delivery within Dubai and Sharjah. Delivery charges will apply for other Emirates.
  • Delivery charges are as follows: AED 30 for Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman; AED 50 or more for other Emirates, depending on the location.
  • Please note: We currently deliver only within the UAE. For international orders, customers are requested to arrange their own shipping.
  1. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
  • Once the payment is successfully credited, the customer will receive a notification.
  • Payment confirmation will be sent via both email and SMS.
  • A formal confirmation notice will be issued to the client within 24 hours of receiving the payment.

  • Please note that online transactions are available for use within the UAE only.
  • For international transactions, kindly contact our Information or Processing Team to place your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order Confirmation: You will get call from our customer service team as soon as possible @ +971 509312849 or email from info@safemedfire.ae to get the confirmation to process the order. Once order confirmed to process shall not be cancelled or refunded. If you confirm the order to cancel at this point of time, you will receive credit for your next purchase with us.

Offline Orders/Accepted Quotations: The orders confirmed with Purchase order via Email shall not be cancelled once the payment done against our proforma invoice and the amount will not be refunded.

Return Policy
SafeMedfire.ae operates with a NO RETURN POLICY unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.
Please read the conditions below:

  • Non-Returnable Products:Due to the nature of fire safety and emergency products, items cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:
    o Fire extinguishers
    o Smoke alarms
    o Emergency lighting systems
    o Fire-resistant clothing
    o Safety accessories
  • Returns for Damaged or Defective Products:If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damages, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
    1. Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at info@safemedfire.ae with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the damage. Reporting the issue beyond 48 hours / 2 working days shall not be considered for return / refund.
    2. Our team will review your request, and if the product is deemed defective, we will allow for credit on your next purchase.
    3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

    Refunds
  • Refund for Cancellations:If you cancel an order during the call from our customer service before processing or return a defective product, you will be receiving full amount credit for your next purchase or shall be returned to your account in 5-6 working days.
  • Shipping Fees:Any shipping fees associated with the return of defective products will be covered by SafeMedfire.ae
